Horwath writes auditor regarding selection of "hot spots" for vaccine distribution

QUEEN'S PARK — Official Opposition NDP Leader Andrea Horwath has written a letter to Ontario’s Auditor General asking her to look into why the hot-spot postal code system for vaccine distribution leaves out apparent hot spots while including areas that don’t seem to be hot spots.
